These Terms of Service govern your use of svsvisionmall.my and your purchases from Svsvisionmall. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who Can Use the Website
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you use the website for someone else, you confirm that you have permission to provide their information and prescription details.
2. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you receive an order confirmation email. The order is accepted when we process payment and ship the item. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you and cancel that item. If payment cannot be verified, the order will not ship.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. The amount shown at checkout is the total amount you pay. Shipping is free. There are no hidden fees, handling fees, restocking fees, or return shipping fees. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. Payment is processed by PayPal or our card payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers.
4. Shipping
We ship within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship internationally. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day enter processing the same day. Processing takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery for in-stock, non-prescription items is 4–7 business days after order placement. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays. Contact lenses and prescription eyewear require a valid prescription before shipment.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging, except for defective or incorrect items. Returns are free. We do not charge restocking fees, reset fees, or return shipping fees. Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Refunds go to the original payment method and usually post within 7–10 business days.
6. Prescriptions and Eye Exams
Contact lenses are sold only with a valid prescription from a licensed eye care professional. Prescription eyewear also requires a valid prescription. You are responsible for providing a current, valid prescription. We do not alter prescriptions. Eye exams are available by appointment. Eye exam services are separate from product orders and are not covered by the product return policy. To schedule or change an eye exam, contact us during business hours.
7. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with checkout, upload malicious code, scrape content, or use the website for unlawful purposes. You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logos, page design, and product descriptions, belongs to Svsvisionmall or is used with permission. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute our content without written permission.
9. Product Information
Product descriptions are based on manufacturer specifications and our own measurements. Product colors can look different on different screens. Eyewear fit and comfort depend on individual measurements and prescription needs. We provide product information for general shopping purposes. For medical questions about your eyes or vision, contact a licensed eye care professional.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Svsvisionmall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or product purchases. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This section does not limit rights that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.

We update these Terms when our services or legal requirements change. The Last updated date at the top of this page shows the current version. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.
